The Adviser Short Course gives milking machine techs, vets, and other dairy advisers a wealth of up-to-date technical information, the opportunity to practise new investigation techniques and a framework for working together with farmer clients.

Who   

Vets, techs, and other dairy advisers. 
Techs will be doing advanced training in milking time testing. You must be able to demonstrate experience in standard dry testing eg. have an AMMTA certificate, or a National Certificate in Testing, or be able to send data from 5 full shed tests you have completed.
 

What A three-day workshop based on detailed Case Studies, a farm assignment, and a follow up workshop of one day.
 
When

10-12 February 2009, and a day in March/April (to be arranged) from 9am to 5pm each day.
An option exists for participants from remote regions to complete day 4 by teleconference.

Rich River Golf Club Resort, Moama just across the river from Echuca in Victoria
 

Cost

$1188 inc GST per person. This includes 4 days attendance, course materials and lunches. It excludes the cost of travel, accommodation and evening meals.
