Countdown Downunder is the result
of efforts by a large number of people.

funding for the project comes from Dairy Australia, Geoffrey Gardiner Dairy
Foundation (formerly the Victorian Dairy Industry Authority) and state
departments in Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania and South Australia;

of the Australian Mastitis Advisory Council provide the project with
strategic direction;

Numerous
technical working groups distil the science, build communication and
evaluation strategies and design training packages;

The
Regional Project Managers work very hard top energise their regions;

A
whole team of presenters and trainers spark the enthusiasm of thousands of
farmers and advisers;

And
dairy farmers have taken the project on board with their usual energy and
eye for practicality.
